Fifteen year old female brow alopecia

I saw this young 15 y/o patient today for consult who desired eyebrows.
She has been shaving her own eyebrows with resultant hairloss.  She was
brought in by her mother and grandmother.  I had done her grandmother's
brows a few months ago.  During the consult we chose compatible brow
pigment colors and were able to obtain a pleasing brow shape with eyebrow
pencil.  The family then requested that I do the actual procedure if
possible.  The informed consent was signed by the young lady, her mother
and grandmother.  They waived patch testing.  I then marked the brows with
surgical marker and proceeded.
Anesthetic:  TAG #45 Gel
Pigment:  Softap AMBER
Instruments:  Softap #12 slant hand needle grouping and #8 shader PUMA
double coil tattoo machine

1&2)  Pre-op photo showing R. brow (bare) and L. brow with trial shape
3)  Closeup R. brow illustrating surgical marker outlining desired brow
4)  Post-op face with permanent eyebrows completed (note slight blanching
of skin from topical anesthetic)
5)  Closeup L. brow post-procedure

The patient was given a patented copper ointment for post-op application
for accelerated healing and diminished scabbing.  She is scheduled for her
focus visit in one month.

Thank you for letting me share this interesting case of a minor with you.
